SB 10… What again?
The U.S. Supreme Court has decided to take on Arizona’s controversial immigration law SB1070. The case is whether certain provisions in SB1070 undermine the role of the federal government and whether the law is constitutional. The lower courts ruled out four of the most controversial provisions of the law and the federal government hope to maintain that victory. This case will make or break similar immigration laws in Alabama, South Carolina and Georgia.
